Privacy Policy
Last updated: 25 August 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how SISU Ventures Limited (“SISU Ventures”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit this website or contact us through it. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Irish Data Protection Act 2018.
Who we are
SISU Ventures Limited is the data controller responsible for your personal data.
- Registered in Ireland, Company No. 820627
- Registered office: Block D, Tyrrelstown Plaza, Dublin 15, D15 K4PY
- Email: sales@sisuventures.ie
What information we collect
Information you give us
When you complete our contact form, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, an optional subject, and the content of your message.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the website, our hosting provider automatically records limited technical information — such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested — in standard server logs. This is used to operate the site and keep it secure. We do not use this information to identify you personally.
How and why we use your information
We use the information you submit through the contact form solely to read and respond to your enquiry and to manage any resulting correspondence. Our legal bases for this are:
- Our legitimate interests in responding to and managing enquiries about our services; and
- Where relevant, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract with you.
We rely on our legitimate interests in maintaining the security and proper functioning of the website for the limited technical data described above. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling or automated decision-making, and we never sell it.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of trusted service providers who process data on our behalf, under contract and only on our instructions:
- Vercel — hosts this website, processes the contact form submission, and provides cookieless usage analytics.
- Resend — delivers the contact form message to us by email.
- Google Workspace — the email service where we receive and store your enquiry.
We may also disclose information where required to do so by law.
International transfers
Some of our providers (including Vercel and Resend) are based in the United States, so your data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as necessary to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards for our business records, after which it is deleted. Automatically collected server logs are retained only for a short period.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking. To understand how the site is used, we use Vercel Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that measures aggregate usage — such as page views, referring sites and general location (country/region) — without using cookies and without collecting information that identifies you personally. Because it does not use cookies or track you across sites, no consent banner is required. If we introduce cookie-based analytics or advertising in future, we will ask for your consent first.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased;
- restrict or object to our processing of your data;
- data portability; and
- where processing is based on consent, to withdraw that consent at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at sales@sisuventures.ie. We will respond within the timeframes required by law.
Complaints
If you have concerns about how we handle your personal data, we would like the chance to resolve them — please contact us first. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Irish supervisory authority:

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “last updated” date.
